Messages and company-report requests

Contact forms collect your name, email, optional company name and message. A company-report request also collects the company number and your declaration of authority. These requests are saved for the team; a request does not run a credit check or order a paid report.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect your company name, company number and business postcode; your name, role, email and phone number; the funding amount and purpose; trading duration, monthly turnover, existing finance, preferred term and timing; your business sector, reported company credit issues and whether statements are available; and your contact request and the version of this notice.

We record when your enquiry was received, a reference number and campaign identifiers from the link you followed. A temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. We do not run credit checks, collect bank details or ask for your date of birth.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, review your funding requirements, keep an accurate record and prevent misuse. We rely on legitimate interests to deal with a business enquiry and protect the service. Your contact request is recorded separately. Sending this form does not sign you up to unrelated marketing.

Broker introductions

This version saves your enquiry for the Funding Felix team. It does not automatically send your details to a broker or lender. We will discuss a proposed broker introduction with you before sharing your enquiry.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored on our UK-hosted server with access restricted to authorised operators. We keep new enquiries for up to 90 days unless they progress or a longer period is needed to deal with a request or meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for access to or correction of your information, request deletion, ask us to stop contacting you or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances. Contact the Reeve Consult team using the link above. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and browser storage

This site has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or optional marketing cookies. It uses session storage to retain non-contact form answers and campaign identifiers during the enquiry journey. Contact details and company identifiers are not saved in session storage. Use “Clear saved answers” in the footer to remove the saved draft.

Internal enquiry profiles

We group enquiries using the company's reported trading history, requested amount and turnover to help the team review them. Profiles are provisional and are not credit decisions or proof of eligibility. Missing checks and reported company credit issues are flagged for human review. We do not use personal homeownership, personal credit scores or personal characteristics for these profiles.

Security and decisions

Traffic uses HTTPS. We do not make automated lending or credit decisions. A form submission is an enquiry, not a finding that you qualify for finance.
