A broker or lender is responsible for its own advice, checks, decisions, fees and agreements. Raise that concern with the relevant business under its complaints process. Any external dispute-resolution or ombudsman entitlement depends on the business, activity, product and your eligibility. Ask the provider to explain the route available to your case. We do not claim that every business finance complaint is covered.
